If you need to deliver a shipment to individuals, DPD can offer you a personal delivery notification by phone and fix a delivery time interval.
In case of recipient’sabsence our company leaves a note with the nearest depot contacts and shipment identification number. Recipient has an opportunity to fix a possible time for second delivery.
